The conditions are perfect for a fresh look at mobility practices in light of all the meta trends impacting mobility today. With four generations in the workforce, a renewed focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, changing ways of working and shifting priorities of our workforce – this will be an eye-opening exercise.
With the diverse needs of today’s workforce, mobility programs should reflect the needs of the customers they serve, yet too often they are designed from the lens of the company, not the employee, the business, or talent acquisition. Traditional relocation and assignment policies tend to support traditional employees and assignees yet in many cases this is only 25% of the workforce.
Join us while our friends at AIRINC lead us through an interactive session and corresponding round table workshop where we will crowdsource customer sentiment; live! Session attendees will be invited to participate via live polling to express their personal needs for assignments or transfers. Through carefully crafted questions we will learn what people really want from mobility programs, and where our current policies may potentially be falling short.
Inspired by the results from the live poll, attendees will participate in a workshop to design an ideal policy from the employee’s lens. The resulting policies created will be shared with the audience to maximize learning.
This eye-opening session will leave the audience enlightened and inspired to re-think their policies, programs, and offerings from the lens of the customer. Attendees will have the chance to share ideas and network with each other via the workshop, providing a meaningful way to form new relationships and learn from each other.
