Becky Malone, Chevon Phillips
Becky Malone is the Global Mobility Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in The Woodlands, Texas. Over her 18-year tenure with the company, Becky has held impactful roles in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. Currently, she oversees all Global Mobility matters, managing both international and domestic long- and short-term assignments, as well as handling immigration and visa issues. Additionally, Becky plays an active role in CPChem’s HR Disaster Relief team.

Brett Lyons, Chevron

Brett Lyons is Manager, Relocation Programs at Chevron, where he manages the US domestic relocation program, oversees supplier relationships, and is tasked with designing and implementing worldwide relocation programs. He has over 20 years of progressive experience in the relocation industry in a variety of positions encompassing both domestic and international mobility. Prior to joining Chevron, Brett spent twelve years a service provider in the relocation industry. He holds the CRP designation from Worldwide ERC, the GPHR designation from HR Certification Institute, and the SHRM-SCP designation from Society for Human Resource Management. Brett has been a speaker at Houston Relocation Professionals, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Portland Relocation Council and Worldwide ERC events.



Cassandra Charles, TRC Companies
Cassandra Charles is the Director of Immigration & Global Mobility at TRC Companies, Inc., where she leads global immigration strategy, compliance, and mobility programs supporting international talent. With more than two decades of U.S. and global immigration experience, she has developed expertise in policy design, risk management, vendor oversight, and employee support across complex assignments. Drawing on her academic background in Political Science and HR/Employment Law, paired with her personal experience as the daughter of Haitian immigrants, Cassandra brings a nuanced understanding of global movement and the human side of mobility.

Cheryl Gomez-Jareno, Worley


Jose Lucena, Halliburton

Jose Alberto Lucena Moreno leads Halliburton's Global Mobility & Relocation team, overseeing the company's comprehensive mobility and relocation programs. He is responsible for managing relationships with Global Mobility and Relocation vendors, ensuring seamless support for the program. Jose Alberto reports to the Total Rewards department within HR.

With over 16 years of extensive experience in global mobility, immigration, international human resources, relocation, administration, benefits, and international population management, Jose Alberto has held several key roles at Halliburton across multiple countries, including Venezuela, Panama, Canada, and currently the United States. His career at Halliburton began as a Community Relations Representative, followed by positions as an HR Business Operation Partner, Global Mobility Advisor, Global Mobility Manager for the Western Hemisphere, and most recently, Global Mobility & Relocation Manager.

In his current role, Jose Alberto is instrumental in developing and implementing global mobility strategies that support the company's international workforce. He ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulations, manages relocation logistics, and provides guidance on international assignments. His expertise in global mobility and relocation helps Halliburton attract and retain top talent by offering comprehensive support for employees and their families during international transitions.

Jose Alberto holds an accounting degree from Universidad del Zulia and a degree in Human Resources from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin, both in Venezuela. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) by HRCI and as a Global Mobility Specialist, Talent Management (GMS-T®) by Worldwide ERC®.
