A Letter About HRP Membership in 2012 from Your HRP Leadership
Your HRP organization had a successful year, with accomplishments such as increased attendance at our meetings, a successful sponsorship drive for 2011, a sold out Astros event, our best golf event to date, and contributions to charity totaling over $12,500 this year.
Our members are what makes HRP the premiere association that unifies mobility professionals in the Houston area. Our educational sessions drew the largest crowds of the year where corporate and provider professionals engaged in benchmarking and networking activities while hearing from great speakers and panelist including WERC CEO, Peggy Smith. In order to provide even greater resources and raise the caliber of our meetings further, we will be initiating an increase in our annual member dues and meeting fees for 2012. Annual membership dues will be $95, starting Jan. 2012. However, since members are on an annual renewal (due the month you paid), your dues for 2012 will be pro-rated to the remaining months thru the end of 2012, and then billed for 2013 on a calendar year (Jan – Dec) basis.
As a member, you will be eligible to take advantage of the $60 member fee for meetings, while non-members will now pay $125 for each meeting. As you can readily see, membership has its privileges.
This new fee structure was reached after benchmarking and comparison with other regional relocation groups and similar associations and organizations in the area.
Membership benefits include benchmarking, networking, education, CRP credits, and events with nationally recognized speakers. Your renewal notice for 2012 will show the pro-rated amount based on the month of your renewal.
We look forward to you joining us in helping HRP to engage, educate, and unify mobility professionals in the Houston area.
